55-gallon drum batch with 5-gallon headspace (50 usable gallons / 189.25L). Based on published JADAM standards by Cho Han-Kyu. Water source: natural pond water (preferred over tap) -- already carries native microorganisms and minerals, no dechlorination needed. Use surface water from a healthy oxygenated pond; avoid bottom water or ponds with agricultural runoff/chemical inputs. Dehumidifier condensate is also an acceptable pure water source but impractical to collect at this volume. Use undisturbed leaf mold from forest floor (beneath 2+ inches of leaf litter) as the microorganism source -- avoid garden or disturbed soil. Boil potatoes until soft, mash or blend, cool to room temp before adding. Ferment 5-7 days at 20-28C. Ready when smell is earthy/yeasty (not sour or putrid). Use within 30 days of completion. Dilute 1:500-1:1000 with water before applying.

Enter target nutrient concentrations (% liquid weight) for the finished batch. Select amendments and the primary nutrient each should solve for — ordered by priority. The greedy solver calculates each quantity using the remaining deficiency after previous amendments have contributed.
