50-gallon (189.25L) JLF produced from cabbage residue. Fermentation initiated approximately April 2023; aged ~3 years as of April 2026. Feedstock: cabbage residue (leaves, cores, outer leaves) packed to approx 1/3 drum volume, filled with natural water to 50-gallon mark. Sea salt added at 0.1% of water volume. NUTRIENT ANALYSIS (CFK Biofertilizer Calculations, Sheet 1): Nitrogen (Organic) 38.3% | Phosphorus (P2O5) 1.7% | Potassium (K2O) 14.8% | Calcium 3.5% | Magnesium 1.7% | Sulfur 0.9% | Boron 0.1 mg/kg | Copper 0.3 mg/kg | Iron 0.8 mg/kg | Manganese 0 mg/kg | Zinc 0.2 mg/kg. Per 1000 gallons: N=13.35 lbs | P=10.01 lbs | K=58.41 lbs. Notable: very high potassium (14.8%) and meaningful sulfur (0.9%) -- addresses two key CFK soil deficiencies. Recommend dilution testing before broad field application due to concentration from 3-year fermentation. Dilute 1:500-1:1000 with water before applying.
